4. Information Required

During registration, you will need to provide information such as company name, address, GSTIN, contact person, designation, email address, phone number, industry, application details, and business category.

5. Verification & Approval

Smooth Flowmeters reserves the right to verify all submitted information and approve or reject registrations based on business policies and document verification.

6. Account Responsibilities

Registered users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting their credentials. Users should promptly update any changes to their contact or company details.

7. Dealer & Distributor Registration

Registration does not automatically grant dealership or distributorship status. Separate evaluation and written approval are required before any commercial partnership is established.

8. Technical Support Access

Registered users may receive access to product catalogues, technical datasheets, manuals, calibration information, software updates, and technical assistance where applicable.

9. Marketing & Communication

Registered users may receive newsletters, product launches, technical updates, promotional offers, training invitations, and event notifications. Users may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

All registration information will be handled securely and processed in accordance with the Smooth Flowmeters Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be sold or shared except where required for business or legal purposes.

11. Suspension or Termination

Smooth Flowmeters reserves the right to suspend or terminate any registration if false information is provided, business policies are violated, or unauthorized activities are detected.
